The value for money at this hotel was excellent, with a spacious and comfortable room that had international sockets and a real western-style shower. The location was convenient, right opposite the central bus station and a short walk to the railway station. The staff went above and beyond, helping me with various requests and providing exceptional service.

Nothing I didn't like to be fair.

We loved the location of this hotel, it was perfect! We were able to easily access transportation to all the sights this city has to offer. The hotel facilities were top-notch with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. Additionally, we enjoyed the complimentary breakfast which had a wide variety of fresh juices, fruits, and both North and South Indian specialties. Lastly, the staff was fantastic, they were always ready to help us with anything we needed.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely responsive and provided excellent service. They truly went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met. The housekeeping staff, Ms. Shanti, and the room service staff, Shiva, deserve a special mention. Despite Shiva being deaf and dumb, he was perfect in his job. The hotel's management should be applauded for choosing and training such dedicated staff. The location of the hotel is also fantastic, being right in the city center and just in front of the central bus station. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and come with good facilities. The breakfast spread is also impressive, with all the items well prepared.

Located in the heart of Trichy, this hotel is easily accessible from the train and bus stations. the central bus station is just a stone's throw away, making it super convenient for travelers. the rooms are well-appointed with clean and functional bathrooms. the hotel staff provides great room service and ensures guests have a comfortable stay.

Convenient location and comfortable bed. During my city break in Tiruchirappalli, I stayed at a hotel that had a fantastic location, right in the heart of the city. Not only was it easy to find, but it was also very close to many popular tourist attractions and local shops. the bed in the room was extremely comfortable, and I enjoyed a great night's sleep. the hotel provided a complimentary breakfast that was quite delicious.

Inadequate service, cleanliness issues, and poor connectivity.

During Christmas, we had a great time at the hotel. We enjoyed the outstanding cleanliness of our room and the lobby. The location was ideal for us- just a few minutes away from the bus station and the train station which helped a lot during our stay. The staff was extremely friendly, especially the disabled persons they hired who extended prompt service and big smiles.

We would like to point out two negative sides. the restaurant could benefit from more food options and fewer delays serving meals.
